Payment

– When do I have to pay ?

Wanneer je bij ons een reservering heeft gemaakt ontvang je van ons een bevestiging met daarin de bijbehorende factuur. Je kunt vooraf betalen door de betaal link in jouw bevestiging te volgen, het geld wordt dan automatisch aan ons overgemaakt. Je kunt ook bij aankomst betalen met pin, creditcard of contant.

– Is there a way to pay after my stay?

It’s not possible to pay after your stay. You can pay either in advance or at arrival. You will receive your key after payment.

 


Facilities

– Do I have to make a reservation for the restaurant ?

If you wish to have dinner in our dinner café, we recommend you make a reservation. You can always walk in and see if there’s a spot you can eat. If you want to make a reservation you can either walk to our restaurant on the afternoon before or mail info@molke.nl.

– Do I have to make a reservation for showbowling?

We recommend making a reservation so that you will have a bowling alley to yourself at your wanted time. You can make a reservation at the reception or mail to info@molke.nl

– Do I have to make a reservation for an electro boat or canoe ?

To hire an electro boat or canoe you have to make a reservation due to high popularity. You can hire boats from the first of april until the first of november. You can make a reservation at the reception or recreation counter or mail to info@molke.nl

– Is the indoor swimming pool available for everyone ?

Only park guests are allowed to swim in our swimming pool. The swimming pool has no supervision! We recommend parents to stay alert at all times.

– Is the indoor playground available for everyone?

The indoor playground is available free of charge for guests. When you’re not staying on our park you’ll have to order drinks or food from our restaurant in order to use the indoor playground.

– Are we allowed to make use of the facilities before our arrival?

If you arrive before 3 p.m. and you cannot check in yet, it is possible to use our facilities. Register at the reception that you have arrived and you will receive the supplies for our facilities.


Reservations and Canceling a reservation

– Can I cancel a reservation?

We use the Recron conditions for reservations and cancellations, which state exactly what options there are for canceling your reservation. You can also take out cancellation insurance with us. In this case you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to the day of arrival, if you have paid in advance you will receive a refund from us.

– Can I reserve a desired spot when booking? ?

If you want to stay in a desired spot or accommodation, you can reserve(if still available). For this you pay € 10.00 for a camping place or € 12.50 extra for an accommodation. You can indicate this online when making your reservation, but you can also contact our receptionists on +31548-512743.

– Can I take an option?

An option means that we wil keep an accommodation available for you for 5 days. You can only request a maximum of 4 accommodations. Options are final after we have confirmed them and you can’t extend them. Requesting an option is not available if the arrival date is longer than 6 weeks or less away.

– Why do I have to enter an IBAN number ?

At our holiday park you no longer have to pay a deposit, instead you fill in the SEPA form for us. This consists of your address details + your IBAN number. This form replaces the deposit. If there is damage afterwards in your accommodation or if there are missing items, we can use this form to contact you to recover the damage.

– Did you book through booking.com and is there a mismatch in the number of people in your reservation?

It sometimes happens with booking.com that the actual number of people does not match the number in your reservation. The exact reason for this cannot be determined. If this is the case with you, please inform our receptionists by e-mail info@molke.nl or telephone +31548-512743. They will change the number of people for you, so that your reservation amount will also change.

– Are there accommodations suitable for the disabled?

Our Reggechalet is specially equipped for the disabled or people with reduced mobility. This accommodation is suitable for 6 people and has extra wide doors, 1 high-low bed and the bathroom and toilet are equipped with safety rails.


During your stay

– What time should I check out ?

You can check out until 10 am, the key to your accommodation must be handed in at the reception. You can also opt for a late checkout. This means that you can check out until noon. We can look at the possibilities 3 days before your arrival.. For this, contact our receptionists at +31548-512743.

– Where can I park?

You can park 1 car each accommodation or campsite (with the exception of the car-free campsite). If you come with several cars, the other cars can be parked in the central parking spaces in front of our holiday park. Parking at our holiday park and at the accommodations is free of charge.

– Are pets allowed?

You can bring 1 pet for each accommodation or campsite (with the exception of accommodation with a sauna, tree house and group accommodation). Select the pet option when making a reservation online. At your arrival we will provide a warm welcome for your pet. The costs to bring a pet are € 2.50 per day. Note: When you bring a pet into an accommodation, a surcharge of 20 euros will be charged on top of the normal cleaning

–  Is it possible to check in outside opening hours of the reception?

Are you unable to check in between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.? Please let us know in advance so that our receptionists know  what time you will arrive. Check the current opening hours on our website.

– When is it possible to check in?

Check-in for an accommodation is possible between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. There is a possibility to possibly check in earlier (from 1 pm). We can look at the possibilities 3 days before your arrival. For this, contact our receptionists at 0548-512743.

The camping sites are available from 12:00 am.
